The PupStar World Tour begins, taking us to India, Africa, and China. Tiny is the only judge who hasn’t picked a pup for her team yet. The next stop is Mexico, where Julio, the hero of Mexico, auditions. However, Julio is a pawn in Bark’s plan and has him under his control—Julio lip-syncs while Bark actually sings. The performance goes as planned, and Tiny selects Julio for her team, putting phase one of Bark’s plan into motion.
