The pups approach Santa—aka Roland—hoping to get their gifts, but they reveal who they really are, along with their parents' identities. They’re captured by Rolan but meet the real Santa and Mrs. Claus. Back in NYC, Lou, Ida, and Shep discover clues that lead them to the North Pole. Shep and Lou impersonate elves, while Ida pretends to be Mrs. Claus’s Latina cousin. They team up with Eli, the head elf, to save the pups. Bark forces P.U.P and Tiny to perform in the PupStar Christmas show his way—or else!
